Study: LCD TVs will overcome the crisis in 2010 A
The analysts at DisplaySearch expect higher 2010 sales and revenues. The conversion to digital TV boosts demand. LED backlight and 3D TV to give additional impetus.
DisplaySearch analysts see a recovery in the market for LCD TVs. In 2010 not only the number of TVs sold in 2009 to climb, and revenue there will be growth. The experts predict Quarterly Global TV Shipment and Forecast report.
Already in the third quarter of 2009 increased the sales of LCD televisions – for the first time in a year. Because of this upward movement, the analysts suggest that sales in the first quarter of 2010 could be better than in the first quarter of 2009. That would be the first increase in six quarters.
